This is a class of enthusiastic Tai chi practitioners using the simplified Beijing 24 form for improved health and body awareness. We look at biomechanics and the Tai chi principles but do not work on martial applications (not Lotus neigong syllabus). We each work to our own ability as our body slowly opens up with the therapeutic process of mindful movement. Some of us are experienced practitioners, others are complete newbies.
There is no tinkly music.
